Fernleigh has an experienced kitchen team who are dedicated and passionate in delivering the highest standards of food service. Dietary requirements and preferences will be catered for as part of our service, with fully modified diets available. The team try to source the best, freshest, local ingredients to create lovely meals, ensuring that the food enjoyed by our residents is as nutritional as it is delicious. We aim to ensure the dining experience is focal in our residents’ day, with varied choices at each meal, and residents consulted and involved in menu planning.
All meals are prepared in our own kitchen and individual requests can be catered for quickly and efficiently, with no fuss or prolonged waiting times.
In keeping with our philosophy, it is our aim to always engage our residents and allow them their right to have a choice and opinion we do this by encouraging our residents to offer us their favourite recipes and menu ideas ensuring that everyone enjoys meal time.
